TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me, you have read and fully agree to my terms of service.GENERAL INFORMATIONWrite in a clear and nice manner; any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.- Must be over 18 to commission me.
- Please include reference images of your character(s). If there is anything specific you would like me to get inspired from (e.g. environment for background, palettes or stock images for poses) please include them as well. If you cannot provide reference for the character (meaning you only have a text description), an additional +15 to 25 € (depending on complexity) will be added to the price.
- Clients will receive a sketch (or W.I.P.) of their art piece. This is considered the half-way point of the commission. It is encouraged that you ask for any edits at this point, as it will be easier to fix during this time. Major edits (Recoloring, Background Changes, Complete facial Changes/Expressions, Poses, Extra Characters, etc.) past coloring stage will be a varying fee depending on complexity.
- Clients may re-upload their artwork, but must credit me! (Ex: Reposting with my @’s: SolarPacaso (for SFW) and PaeanSun (for NSFW) on either on the initial post or in the comments section).
- Removal or alteration of signature/watermark is prohibited.
- I reserve rights to the artwork itself. As well as the rights to use the artwork however I want, unless agreed otherwise (such as private commission).
- Do not claim, copy, trace, make a profit or redistribute my art. Any work done or made available to the client must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain) or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE DRAWING?Yes

Animals, Hate Slogans, Slurs, Scat, Mecha, Vomitus, Underage.PAYMENT- I only accept money via PayPal using the Ko-Fi method (EUR€).
- Full Payment must be done beforehand. If the client requests a refund before the sketch begins, I will keep 5% of the current amount paid. If I am in the process of the sketch or have finished and the client requests a refund, I will keep 50% of your current amount paid. Anything past the sketch portion will not be refunded, unless decided otherwise by me.DEADLINES- Commissions may take up from 7 to 30 days depending on the workload of my queue, the type of commission, life activities, etc.
- If you have a specified due date (Birthday, Holiday, etc.), you must let me know at least two weeks ahead of time. Any date given less than two weeks may be accepted through artist's discretion and the type of commission being done.
GENERAL ADOPT T.O.S.Ownership:- I retain all legal rights to my designs. For this reason, my adopts are for non-commercial use only unless you purchase separate commercial use authorization from me. (aka my adopts may not be used in anything that will potentially turn up a profit be it games, books, art pieces,merchandise,comics etc. This also includes things like VTuber models and PNGtubers if it is not for the buyrs personal use)
- Once you buy the adopt it's yours to use as you please for non-commercial purposes. Additional fees may be purchased in order to use commercially.
- You may not claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character.
- You must credit me as the creator of the design.
- Gifting, trading and re-selling are allowed. Reselling must not be at a higher price than what was paid for it in the beginning, unless extra art is present.About the adopt:- You are free to make minor edits to your adopt as you please as long as the adopt is still recognizable. I.e: gender, hair color/length, eye color, skin color, clothes, etc. etc.
- You may edit my adopt art if it's absolutely necessary.
- You may not make twins/triplets/quadruplets/quintuplets w/e. One adopt stays one adopt.
- Adopts purchased may not be used for hate speech, racist propaganda, sexist propaganda, etc
- Under no circumstances is my art allowed to be traced or copyied.
- Owner of adopt in question is free to use the artwork for page-sitters, character profiles sites, etc.Buying and Payment:- No refunds. It's a final sale.
- Client MUST reply within 24h hours of offering $$ on a character. If not the character will be available for sale again.
- Payment Plans may be made for any offers over $150.
- Bid ends 24h after last bidder, unless specified.Commercialisation- Commercial rights usage can be purchased for a design starting from the claim message where the design is bought. From there, it can be purchased whenever the owner pleases during their ownership of the design, until the end of their period of ownership, which is when the design is traded/resold to another person.
- All intent of commercial usage should be discussed with me, the artist, beforehand. A commercial fee will be discussed depending on the range of commercial activity the buyer would like to use the design for.
- When the commercial usage of a design is purchased, all rights to the design and artwork will be transferred to the buyer, whereas I will remain credited for the original artwork and design.
- If the design is resold or traded; the commercial rights will not be transferred to the next owner – the new owner must be informed of the loss of commercial rights upon sale/trade and must contact me, the artist, if they're interested in commercialisation of the character.
